just seen this report on the radio and in the papers:
"Betfred have cut the odds about Thierry Henry leaving the Emirates Stadium for Anfield after reporting a flood of bets.
The bookmaker originally had the Frenchman at 33-1 to move during the January transfer window but have trimmed the price to 20-1 after the bets continued to roll in. "
can this be true???
it sounds unlikely to me BUT henry does seem to have had a strained relationship with wenger recently and we may be about to come into a large transfer fund if the DIC takeover comes through. plus wenger seems to be getting increasingly irritable recently and he has a record of selling top stars (e.g. viera) when he falls out with them or if he thinks its time to move forward with younger players
on the other hand if wenger did let H go there would presumably be serious bidding from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea to name but three. we would probably have to pay at least £30m to get him
i think it would be fantastic if we could get him. IMO we have lacked a world class forward since owen left and you cant get much better than thierry henry

Un joueur comme Thierry Henry à Liverpool, ce serait magnifique, mais je crois qu'il ne faut pas rêver, Kewell.

je sais pas ce que ca raconte, mais je sais qu'Henry a déclarer qu'il aurai adorer jouer a Liverpool, si il ne jouais pas déjà pour Arsenal.
Mais maintenant qu'il a évoluer a Arsenal et qu'il joue pour son public, il est hors de question qu'il aille a Liverpool.

jadorerais le voir jouer pour les reds mais il fait partie de l'histoire de arsenal !

perso moi jle laisserai a arsenal on a assez d'attaquant et en plus eux des fois il marque sur une seule occase alors que henry il lui en faut plein non sans dec ce type est surcoté jprefer largement kuyt ou bellamy ..........et meme crouch

Henry ne viendra pas a Liverpool, il a fait sa carrière a Arsenul et il fait parti de l'histoire de ce club comme certains l'ont souligné...
De toute façon il n'est même pas question qu'il vienne (si il bouge, il ira a Barça...)

PS: Je ne pense pas qu'il soit surcoté TheredS, regarde ses stats, ses performances, c'est un joueur exeptionnel.

Je ne crois plus au Père Noël depuis longtemps malheureusement!!
Pourtant ce serait un beau cadeau......

Les qualités du joueur sont indiscutables, et lui a déjà largement prouvé son niveau en PL. Concernant la mentalité, je ne sais pas, je suis sceptique.
Mais de toutes façons, je ne le vois pas quitter Arsenal pour un autre club anglais.

Si il s'en va il ira surement au Barca mais pas dans un autre club anglais et puis de toute façon on a pas les moyen de se le payer.

Rumeur, c'est comme si on annonçait que Gerrard pourrait jouer à Arsenal...

Joueur arrogant, certes. Mais il a prouvé tout au long de ses saisons à Arsenal qu'il respecte et aime le maillot qu'il porte. Un respect que beaucoup de Stars n'ont pas.

Liverpool manager, Rafa Benitez, has finally commented on the rumours circulating various websites regarding Thierry Henry's supposed switch to Liverpool.



On the eve of his club's FA Cup tie against Arsenal, Benitez clearly outlined his admiration for the French ace by saying, "It's clear that he is a very good player and he has a big impact on his team."



Then came the stunning announcement of Henry's imminent arrival:



"I even heard rumours this week that Henry was supposedly coming to Liverpool. All I can say is that he is coming tomorrow..."



Before we all get too excited, here's the full quote "I even heard rumours this week that Henry was supposedly coming to Liverpool. All I can say is that he is coming tomorrow but will be going back to London after the game. He might come here on Tuesday as well!"

au moins la rumeiur était vrai! henryv a venir a liverpool...pour 3 jours mais il vient à liverpool! Après il repart a Londre mais c'est pas grave au la rumeur disait qu'il viendrait a Liverpool, on pas preciser combien de temps

Il est venu, a marqué et s'en est allé.........

Non non il est toujours la jusqu'a mardi

Je n'aime pas son arrogance mais il sait reconnaitre les vrais fans :
