OWEN: Liverpool ou Newcastle

Owen a déclaré aujourd'hui sur "ITV" qu'il avait officiellement demandé à partir du Real et qu'il voulait retourner à Liverpool.
Il a ajouté que si ce n'était pas possible il avait accepté d'être prêté à Newcastle pour un an.

et oui, tout les signes sont en faveur d'un retour d'Owen.
s'il à la volonté de revenir à LFC je pense qu'ils trouveront un accord

I am not sure if the ball is in our camp, Real are notoriously difficult to deal with when they are selling a player.I think they will not come down on their price for Owen. They are asking 15Million for him.

Raffa will not pay that.

Real however would prefer a straight sale than a loan so I think we can discount the Newcastle option, in fact I believe this just puts more pressure on Real to reduce his price.

This one will go down to the last day of the transfer window.

Michael Owen's move to Newcastle is one step closer after the club admitted they had agreed a fee with Real Madrid.

"Newcastle United have met Real Madrid's asking price and conditions," said a club spokesman.

"The agreed fee will be a record transfer fee for Newcastle United. It is now up to the player and his advisor."

Owen's first choice is Liverpool but Rafael Benitez has insisted he is not interested in the former Reds striker, while Everton's offer was politely turned down by Owen.

Newcastle have offered 18 Million for Owen. Remember though that Lyon offered 8.5 Mill for Baros and he ended up going to Villa for 6.5M

I can't see Raffa spending that sort of money on Owen though.

moi je suis quasi sur maintenant que owen approche a grand pas, newcastle, que je croyais dans la course pour le titre ( rien n'est fait bien évidemment ) ne jouera meme pas l'uefa, owen irais las-bas certainement a contre-coeur mais avec l'envie de retrouver le championat.

Un coup c'est oui, un coup c'est non !!!

Si le LFC n'était vraiment pas sur OWEN comme Rafa ne cesse de le répéter, je pense qu'OWEN lui même aurait déjà accepté la transaction.
Je préfère qu'il parte la-haut plutôt qu'à Londres, Manu ou même Lyon.
Après tout, Newcastle est un club sympathique avec des bons supporters et plein de jolies filles. Et plus il ne gagne jamais rien.

Je suis tout à fait de ton avis Yves. Et je pense que si Owen ne vient finalement pas, c'est parce qu'il n'aura pas accepté la baisse de salaire dont a parlé Rafa.

Je pense pas, Liverpool a tjs dis (peut-etre pas via son entraineur) qu'il serait d'accord d'un retour d'Owen, donc il attend peut-etre avec espoir un contrat venant de liverpool, car je pense que si liverpool lui avait fait une offre, il n'aurait pas de tel propos: Il y a un accord avec Newcastle mais moi je veux aller avec Liverpool ... il prendra n'importe quelles offres venant de liverpool, mais il faut qu'il en recoive, de plus on en aurait surement entendu parler dans la presse si ils y avait deja des contacts, non?

Non seulement il y a eu des contacts, mais en plus Rafa a déclaré (outre que sa priorité était un défenseur central et un winger) que si Owen voulait venir, il fallait :
1. que Baros parte (bon, ça, c'est fait)
2. qu'il revoit ses prétentions salariales à la baisse car LFC ne pourrait pas aligner son salaire sur le(s) plus important(s) du club 5Gerrard, donc).

Donc, il reste une seule condition. Et s'il ne vient pas, c'est qu'elle n'aura pas été remplie, donc que Mickey n'aura pas voulu perdre quelques sous pour revêtir le maillot des Reds...

On Tuesday, Everton manager David Moyes revealed his club had spoken to Owen's representatives, but the player rejected a move to Goodison Park.

ben jdois etre tres tres mauvais en anglais car de ce que j'ai compris, je vois nulle part où sa serait marqué que MO refuserait de venir a Anfield, le probleme c'est plutot que RB n'a pas envie d'investir dans Owen et c'est donc le president qui devrait y mettre de sa poche, si j'ai bien compris ...

plusieur offre correspondant a la demande du real son arrivé a Mr perez , ila acepté les offres (everton puis N'castle) et le joueur a refusez d'allez las bas car il desir retourné a anfield , au pire il se resigneras a signé un pret chez castle afin d'assurez du temps de jeu avant la WC
