With christmas now long gone I will tell you a story from a girl who wanted to surprise a Liverpool Fan by getting me the home shirt as a present.
She put the in order 4 weeks before christmas. But the shirt (L instead of M as they don't have much choice in the online shop, and with Alonso 14 on the back) didn't arrive in time.
I was still happy as a puppy when she gave me the confirmed order as a "present"
After writing a few emails before christmas and even more after, the shirt still hasn't arrived. Furthermore no emails have been answered by staff of LFC.
My girlfriend's pissed off, I'm getting pissed off too. How can a brand like Liverpool act like amateurs when it comed to deal with fans outside the UK?
Vienna is not the world away and on top of that you have to pay 15 pounds for delivery.
That is truely pathetic.
My story may only be a small sample but when I read of all the problems supporters have when dealing with the ticket-hotline, the missed opportunity by not producing more Champions League shirts and other things that continue to piss fans off, the big picture doesn't look good.
*Rant over*
